What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Strictly necessary cookies can be set without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you opt in.
How we obtain consent
When you first visit, we show a cookie banner with equal prominence for “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential”, and “Manage”. Non-essential cookies stay blocked until you opt in. You can change your choices at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. We ask again after 6 months.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you opt in, analytics and advertising storage are denied. Google may still receive limited cookieless signals so basic measurement can work without advertising cookies. Those signals are not used to build a marketing profile unless you consent.

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads
If you consent to analytics cookies, we may use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-G0CWMKC1KC) to understand how people use this UK website. IP anonymisation is enabled on the direct GA4 tag. Before you choose, Google may receive a cookieless ping so basic traffic can be modelled. Form and phone conversions are only sent after you accept analytics or marketing cookies.
If you consent to marketing cookies, we may use Google Ads and related tags to measure whether an advert led to a callback request or a phone tap. We may send a one-way hash of your email and phone to Google for enhanced conversions. We do not put your raw contact details into advertising cookies.
