These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.my-hgv.co.uk and the enquiry service provided by My HGV Professional Driver Training. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. UK-only service

This website and our enquiry service are for people in the United Kingdom only. We help with UK Category C, C+E, and C1 HGV training pathways. We do not offer training, finance introductions, or callbacks for people living outside the UK, and website information should not be treated as an offer outside the UK.

2. About our service

My HGV Professional Driver Training is an introductory training broker. We help individuals explore HGV (LGV) driver training options, connect with accredited UK training providers, and access information about flexible training finance options. We are not the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), we are not the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), and we do not issue driving licences.

Submitting an enquiry or speaking to an advisor does not enrol you on a course. Any training contract is between you and the training provider (and any finance agreement is with the finance provider). Their terms apply to that contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid UK car driving licence (or be eligible for the licence category you are asking about), and meet DVLA medical requirements to undertake HGV training. Information on our website is general guidance only and does not guarantee employment, test dates, test passes, or specific finance terms.

4. Enquiries and callbacks

When you submit our contact form, you ask us to contact you about HGV training. We aim to respond during UK business hours, usually within one working day. We may call or text the number you provide. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract for training or finance.

You must give accurate contact details. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may close the enquiry.

5. Pricing and finance

Course fees, deposits, and finance plans vary by location and licence category. They are explained during your consultation call and confirmed in writing before you commit. We do not run credit checks. Finance options are built around your selected training and confirmed terms. My HGV Professional Driver Training may receive commission from training partners or finance providers. This is disclosed in your agreement where applicable.

Nothing on this website is a regulated credit advertisement with a representative example. If a later finance product is regulated, the provider will give you the required pre-contract information.

6. Consumer rights

If you later enter a paid contract with a training or finance provider, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where a distance or off-premises contract applies, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Cancellation periods and refunds for a course or finance agreement are set by that provider's contract, not by these website Terms.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under UK consumer law.

7. Website content

We take care to keep information accurate, but job availability, salaries, and timelines are indicative only. This website does not publish personalised prices. Content does not constitute financial, legal, or careers advice. Verify details with your advisor before signing any contract.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading enquiry information
• Attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, or scrape content without permission
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Use the enquiry form to send marketing or spam to us

9. Intellectual property

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
